This is a $81 million phased project on a high school campus consisting of 34 existing buildings.
The $23 million, Phase I portion of the project consists of a new 19,000-SF locker room /multipurpose building, a new 32,800-SF food services building with eight to ten classrooms, a new chiller plant for the entire campus for both phases (with connection to new buildings in Phase I), and new physical education playfields, hardcourts and site work, parking, and 4,900-SF of covered walkways. Upon completion of Phase I, the $17 million Phase II work began. Phase II scope includes 214,000-SF of new construction, major remodeling and renovations of the remaining existing facility. Phase II is estimated to be completed in June 2008.
The remaining phases will total approximately $41 million and complete by January 2010.
