WEBC is a typical brown-field development: former industrial facilities were demolished and environmental decontamination took place prior to the construction of the building.
Soil conditions were particular due to the closeness of the river Danube. During the whole construction period we paid special attention to the neighboring old buildings that were in bad condition.
