Skanska one of the world’s largest construction and developer companies, has most recently handed over Népliget Center, in Budapest. A few tenants have even moved in already.
The first phase of the new office block, on the junction of Könyves Kálmán boulevard and Üllői street, was handed over this January. This is Skanska’s fifth domestic project.
Népliget Center is located at a main road junction, and is one of the founder members of the „Airport corridor.” Following the completion of the second construction phase, the office building will offer 26,600 square meters of gross leasable space for its tenants, with 450 car parking spaces on 3 underground levels.
The good parking possibilities, environmental friendly solutions and great public transportation all offers high quality, while at the same time being attractive for the new tenants, who include: Hessyn Informatikai, Oktatási Kft. and Co-op Hungary Zrt. Hessyn have relocated their office from Zugló to the Airport Corridor, Co-op moved from a city center location to Népliget Center with 1250 sqm office space as of the 1st of June.
